Meet Joe Maher

My Mission Statement:

"My goal is to provide the highest quality customer service while offering the residents of the Downriver area a positive, professional real estate transaction and to enhance the communities in which I work by continuing to grow an honest and profitable business."


 




My name is Joe Maher, and I am an Associate Broker at CENTURY 21 Riverpointe, located at 8173 Macomb on Grosse Ile. I hold the professional real estate designations of ABR(Accredited  Buyer Representative),  ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager), At Home With Diversity, CRB, (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute) and I am the former Chairman of the Downriver Association of Realtors Grievance Committee.

I wholeheartedly subscribe to the Realtor Code of Ethics. I enjoy residential and commercial sales, with consistent annual multi-million dollar production. I work throughout the entire metropolitan Detroit area.

I am a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Detroit, with a B.A. in Chinese Studies and Ecumenical Theology.  Prior to my real estate career, I was the co-owner of the Michigan Camera Exchange, a retail store in downtown Detroit specializing in the sale of professional and vintage camera equipment.

My daughter Stephanie is a May, 2004 graduate of Michigan State University, where she graduated first in her class!

I am a resident of Wyandotte, and a big fan of the City!
